Snowmageddon 2012!

By now we hope all or most of you have had your electricity restored and have been able to restock your fridge and catch up on your laundry! That was one crazy storm that we don't hope to revisit anytime soon! (or ever for that matter!)

Even though we live in the Great Pacific Northwest we Washingtonians are not used to such extreme weather! =) 4 days without power in freezing temperatures is not an adventure we would sign up for again. Luckily we came out the other side of the storm dubbed "Snowmageddon" relatively unscathed! And we pray you did too!

For now, we are optimistic that the groundhog won't see his shadow on February 2nd and Spring will arrive early! =) Until then, we hope you stay warm and dry, and make sure you give us a call for all your real estate needs!

Happy New Year to you and yours from Anderson Real Estate Team! We met some great new friends in 2011, and reconnected with a few old ones! It was a fabulous year for us as we learned more about the current real estate market and how to better serve our clients! We look forward to the same and more in 2012!

We so appreciate all the people who have teamed up with Anderson Real Estate Team to enable us to bring you a better experience in the Sale or Purchase of your home. We also had the opportunity in 2011 to go to Honduras on a mission trip and to visit old friends, while our friends Teena Williams and Jessica Rogers watched over the business (Thanks guys!). It was such an amazing experience and we hope to be able to do more trips like that in the future!

We are constantly seeking knowledge and experience to help us better serve our clients and we will continue to do that in the new year.
